Our Gentle Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes those perfect outfits might need adjusting—whether it’s sizing for your growing baby or that special occasion dress that didn’t match your vision. Our returns process is as simple as dressing your little one in our softest bishop dresses.

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached. For special occasion wear like Christmas outfits or baby girl wedding outfits, we especially appreciate careful repackaging to preserve their quality.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

Want to exchange that baby boy sweater knit set for a different size? Simply:

1. Follow the return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange
2. Specify your preferred replacement item(s)
3. We’ll ship your new items once we receive your return
4. You’ll only be charged if the new items are more expensive

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (perhaps those baby girl wedding outfits weren’t quite right):

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping

International Returns
