- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain areas in Asia and remote regions). Please note:
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Bobby Suits (due to close-to-skin wear)
- Bibs (for health and safety reasons)

Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached. For special occasion wear like Christmas outfits or baby girl wedding outfits, we especially appreciate careful repackaging to preserve their quality.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
