We want every purchase to bring joy to your family. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order of baby clothes—from those precious baby girl wedding outfits to practical everyday bibs and blankets—we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Please Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Bobby Suits (due to close-to-skin wear)
- Bibs (for health and safety reasons)
- Booties (worn as footwear)
Easy Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items
Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached. For special occasion wear like bishop dresses or Christmas outfits, we especially appreciate careful repackaging to preserve their quality.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
